Quick off the mark this week

with the Jingle Belles and CraftyHazelNuts challenges. On Jingle Belles this week there is a sketch to follow and when I saw it I knew I wanted to use some of the gorgeous grosgrain striped ribbon from Stampin' Up! as the 'flower' element, but I had to wait until this morning to find out what Hazel had planned for us to see if it would work. Hazel wants us to use a Father Christmas image so I have stamped out an image and made a tag out of him and added him just below the bow. Another very clean and simple card for me, but at least this way I can easily make several of the same designs - Christmas card tally now at 36!

Oh, yes, this one goes into my CASE file. I don't have any of that wide-wide ribbon because I can't figure out how to tie it an still get it to fit into an envelope. My customers like flat cards. ;(
